Order


1. How do I place an order?

To place an order at the RICHART website, follow these simple steps:

  1. Find what you're looking for by browsing or searching by RICHART product or collection.
  2. On the product page, select the desired quantity on the upper right section of the page.
  3. Select an option if applicable: chocolate message plaque and/or aromatic family.
  4. Click "Add to Basket".
  5. On the "My Basket" page, click "Confirm My Order" to go to the next step.
  6. Next is identification. If you're a new customer, continue to the right and provide your information to create an account.
  7. Password: You'll choose a password that will be confirmed to you. It will allow you to login so as to track your order. Make sure you remember this password. Should you forget it at some point, you'll be able to retrieve it via the password retrieval system. An e-mail will be sent to the address listed in your account.
  8. New customers: Fill out all of the required fields marked with a red *.
  9. If you're shipping to a third party, you can, for certain products, add a card with a message of your choice.
  10. Choose your week of delivery, then click "Submit".
  11. Now you come to your order confirmation with the cost of shipping and handling added.
  12. Choose the credit card you want to use for secure payment.
  13. Your order is now complete. You'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and a shipment confirmation when your order is sent.

2. Preparing your order

Orders are approved and processed within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation e-mail (except on holidays).
 
We prepare all packages with the greatest of care in order to protect the chocolates and guarantee you maximum freshness.
 
Packages are shipped by Fedex.

3. Tracking your order

You can check the progress of your orders at any time.
Click on "My Account" at the top of the page.

A message will show you the status of your order:

  • Confirmed but waiting to be processed
  • Being processed
  • Shipped
  • Delivered

In case of problems with delivery, please contact us at 1-888-RICHART (742-4278) we will provide you with further assistance.

4. Product out of stock

If you've ordered a product that's out of stock, you will be informed immediately by e-mail or telephone.
If you wish to substitute the out-of-stock product by another product, you can contact our sales department at 1-888-RICHART (742-4278).

5. Order cancellation

You always have the option to cancel an order, provided it is not yet listed as "Being Processed," by contacting us at 1-888-RICHART.
