Linkaterra 100% is a very rare gourmet dark chocolate bar, coming from Peru, made of a blend of Criollo and Trinitario beans.
Without any sugar at all, it uncovers a surprise: a strong but not overly aggressive bitterness. At the end of the tasting, the chocolate develops the aromas of a well-mastered roasting. Aromas of slightly roasted dried fruit - especially almonds - are also distinguishable. The aromas and the bitterness remain strong and last for a very long time.
