1. Standard Ship Dates
- Choose your week of delivery. If you wish to specify a day of delivery within the selected week, you can reply to your order confirmation email and state the exact day. We will do our best to satisfy your request.
- Please allow 48 hours for RICHART to process your order.
- We ship Monday through Thursday only.
- To limit time in transit to two business days, orders are NEVER shipped over the weekends.
- Saturday delivery is available to most locations. These orders may not be placed through the web site. Please call 1-888-RICHART to arrange for Saturday delivery.

3. Message Card
We offer you the opportunity to personalize your gifts by including a message card.
Write your message in the dialogue box and we will transfer it onto a white Bristol card. The card will then be placed:
- either directly in the gift box when size permits,
- or on the side when the box is too small.
