RICHART LOYALTY CARD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The RICHART Loyalty Card is given freely upon request after filling out a registration questionnaire and is sent to the address of the subscriber (hereafter called “the holder”). It is for personal use only and cannot be sold. It cannot be duplicated. The use of the RICHART Loyalty Card implies that the subscriber accepts without reservation the current general terms and conditions which he/she acknowledged when completing the RICHART Loyalty Card form.
The RICHART Loyalty Card is not a method of payment. It allows the holder, upon presentation at checkout, to accumulate points at the time of purchase in participating RICHART boutiques (in the USA or worldwide). Points are allocated according to the particular method of payment and the rates stipulated at the participating boutiques.
The number of points accumulated in the participating RICHART boutiques is available for viewing on our website: www.RICHART.com. Points cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. Points give the holder the right to choose products from each participating RICHART boutique. In no case may the products be exchanged for cash.
All or part of the rules, rights and advantages shown in the current general terms and conditions may be modified or suspended temporarily or permanently at any time in one or more boutiques. Any notice to the holders of the RICHART Loyalty Card, posted in the participating RICHART boutiques and/or sent by mail, will be provided at least 15 days in advance. No modification or suspension, including that of the card, gives the holder any right to compensation.
La Maison RICHART is released of all responsibility for the consequences, direct or indirect, of any anomalies or failures to honor the intent of the card, whatever the cause. Nevertheless, RICHART will do everything in its power to maintain for the holder, in the event of an anomaly, the benefit of his/her accumulated points.
In the case of a lost or stolen RICHART Loyalty Card, the holder must inform the boutique that issued said card. The holder can then fill out a new registration form in the shop of his/her choice. A new card will then be promptly sent to the address of the holder, which will allow the holder to benefit from the unused loyalty points acquired on the previous card. If the terms and conditions set forth here are not satisfied, the holder loses the possibility of using the points accumulated, as well as all the other advantages associated with the RICHART Loyalty Card.
The RICHART Loyalty Card is the property of the RICHART boutiques. It can be withdrawn at any time in the case of fraud or any use which does not conform to the provisions of the current general terms and conditions. If the card is withdrawn, the holder of the card then loses the right to use previously accumulated points. The RICHART boutiques accept no responsibility for any consequences, direct or indirect, of fraudulant use or use contrary to the RICHART Loyalty Card.
Independent of the number of points accumulated, all holders occasionally benefit from certain advantages offered in the shop. These are listed in the shop or on the website www.RICHART.com. Additional points can be awarded to the holder on certain special occasions without the obligation of making a purchase. Cardholders will also be eligible to participate in special activities. The information requested of you is necessary to process your RICHART Loyalty Card and is intended for the RICHART shops. At each use of your RICHART Loyalty Card at checkout, information related to your purchases, notably their amount, will be gathered. The information provided by members will be handled according to our privacy policy.
